Intended Use
Coram swim goggles, earplugs, and nose clips are designed for recreational swimming and water activities only. They are not designed, tested, or certified for:

∙ Industrial, chemical, or laboratory eye protection
∙ Protection against high-impact hazards
∙ Any medical or therapeutic purpose
Using our products for any purpose other than their intended recreational use is done entirely at the user’s own risk.
Safety Instructions — Please Read Before Use
To use Coram products safely, please follow these guidelines:
1. Inspect before each use. Check goggles, straps, lenses, earplugs, and nose clips for cracks, tears, or wear before every use. Do not use any item that appears damaged.
2. Ensure a proper fit. Goggles should sit comfortably without excessive pressure. Over-tightening straps may cause discomfort, headaches, or eye pressure. Adjust to a secure but gentle fit.
3. Adult supervision for children. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in, on, or near water — without exception. This product is not a flotation device and provides no protection against drowning.
4. Earplug use. Insert earplugs gently and do not push them deep into the ear canal. Discontinue use if you experience pain, irritation, or discomfort. Not recommended for individuals with ear tubes, ear infections, or a history of ear problems without consulting a physician.
5. Remove if irritation occurs. Stop using any product immediately if you experience eye irritation, redness, pain, dizziness, or any discomfort, and consult a medical professional if symptoms persist.
6. Keep away from small children unsupervised. Small parts (earplugs, nose clips) may pose a choking hazard. Keep away from infants and unsupervised young children.
7. Do not modify the product. Altering, repairing, or modifying any product may compromise its safety and voids any responsibility on our part.
8. Store properly. Rinse with fresh water after use, dry, and store away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to maintain product integrity.
Assumption of Risk
Swimming and all water-related activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, eye irritation, ear discomfort, slips, and injury. By using Coram products, the user — and the parent or guardian of any minor user — voluntarily assumes all such risks. No swim accessory can eliminate the natural risks associated with being in or near water.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coram shall not be liable for any injury, harm, loss, or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from or related to:
∙ Misuse, improper use, or use contrary to the safety instructions above
∙ Use without appropriate adult supervision (in the case of minors)
∙ Improper fit, over-tightening, or failure to inspect the product before use
∙ Use of a damaged, worn, altered, or modified product
∙ Use for any purpose other than recreational swimming
∙ Pre-existing medical conditions affecting the eyes, ears, or skin
∙ Any allergic reaction or sensitivity to product materials
The user assumes full responsibility for proper and safe use. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
No Guarantee of Performance
While our products are designed to reduce fogging, leaking, and water entry, no swim goggle, earplug, or nose clip can guarantee a completely waterproof, fog-free, or leak-proof experience under all conditions. Performance may vary based on fit, facial structure, water conditions, and proper use.
