Returns
We want you to love your Coram goggles. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at teamcoram@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond with the next steps.
Who pays for return shipping
∙ If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we cover the return shipping cost and will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. To qualify, you must email us a clear photo of the issue within 2 days of delivery. Reports made after 2 days cannot be accepted as arrival defects.
∙ If you change your mind, no longer want the item, or the item was damaged through use, accident, or normal wear — the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
