The lamps
What do these lamps actually do?
They project light onto a wall or ceiling instead of lighting a room from above. The Ripple Glow Lamp casts slow, water-like patterns in sixteen colours. The Sanctuary Light projects a single warm image using interchangeable slides. Both are decorative — they are not reading lights, not emergency or safety lighting, and not toys.
How are they powered?
Both run from a standard USB connection — a wall adapter, a power strip, a laptop or a power bank. Nothing is mounted and nothing is drilled.
How big will the projection be?
That depends on distance. Closer to the wall gives a smaller, brighter image; further back opens it across a wider area. Most people find the position they like on the first evening.
Does the room need to be dark?
Yes. Like any projected light, the effect is strongest with the main lights off. That is rather the point.
Will the lamp get warm?
It warms up in use, the same as any other lamp. Keep it clear of curtains, bedding and other fabric.
Do they make any noise?
No. There is no fan and no motor noise.

Where do you ship?
The United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $50 or more ship free to all five countries. Below $50, shipping is a flat $4.99.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery is usually 7–10 business days after that. Every order ships with tracking.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us within 24 hours at teamcoram@yahoo.com and we will change it if the order has not yet been packed.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery. If the item is faulty, damaged, wrong or incomplete, we cover everything. If you simply changed your mind, we accept the return too — you cover the return postage. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What if it arrives broken?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the outer packaging, and we will replace or refund it.
